For Authors,Authors only earn from Adsense.
We use Adsense Sharing System for all of our Authors. There are 3 ADsense Slots on each page. Author who wrote the article will have 2 slots, and 1 slot for the blog owner (that is me).
If author write more, then he/she will earn more. That is also work the same for the Blog Owner, if I write too, I will earn more also.
September I was still writing articles, I earned $2,500 from Adsense that month. But since September, After I begun to accept new Authors on the site, I have seen that I can still earn without doing anything, but sleep. I was stopping writing since October to started my offline business.
So my earning was down. I earn only $1000 - $1800 / mo now. It is because I really do nothing. If I write article again, I will earn more.
There is a trick if you want to earn more.
Just hire people to write for you, that is actually better than using Adsense Revenue System. Because all of the Adsense revenue will be yours.
Hope you get the idea of how it works. Perhaps in a simple word, you can tell that Jackbook.com is like MyLot.Com or eHow.com. Because website owner dont have to do anything to run the site. It is all of the author.
Authors are happy to write more because more articles means more earning for them (and of course for blog owner too

You can stop using all of the authors (I will tell them that the site owner is changed), and just using your own employees if you want to, that will make all of the earning 100% yours.
About Authors:
Currently we have 5 active Authors. 2 from US, 1 from philiphines, 2 from Indonesia.
We receive new Author Submission via Email. And then interviewing them via YM before accept them as an new author.
Looking for new author is easy because there are so many New Author Submission, but i am so selective. I think 3 authors is enough actually. But more authors will be more new articles to write. Means better for Search Engine.
